1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any MasuCraft service — including the MasuCompanion Twitch extension and Forge mod, the VHArmory website (masucraft.eu), or making purchases through our Tebex store — you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Description of Services

MasuCraft provides the following services:

• MasuCompanion — A Twitch extension and Forge mod that lets viewers create virtual companions that interact with Vault Hunters gameplay.
• VHArmory — A website displaying player statistics, gear, vault run history, and leaderboards for the MasuCraft Vault Hunters server.
• Tebex Store — An online store for purchasing in-game items and ranks for the MasuCraft Minecraft server, operated through Tebex.

3. User Accounts & Eligibility

• You must be at least 13 years old to use our services, in accordance with Twitch's Terms of Service.
• MasuCompanion requires a valid Twitch account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
• VHArmory displays data linked to your Minecraft account. By playing on the MasuCraft server, you consent to your gameplay data being displayed on the Armory.
• You may not use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

4. Virtual Items & Currency

MasuCompanion features virtual items and currency, including but not limited to Masurium gems, companions, cosmetics, modifiers, and scrolls.

• Virtual items and currency have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged, sold, or transferred for real money.
• We reserve the right to modify, reset, or remove virtual items and currency at any time without notice.
• Virtual items are provided on an "as-is" basis with no guarantees of continued availability.

5. Purchases via Tebex

All monetary transactions are processed through Tebex, a third-party payment provider. By making a purchase:

• You agree to Tebex's Terms of Service and their privacy policy.
• All billing and payment data is handled entirely by Tebex. We do not store your payment information.
• Refund requests are handled in accordance with Tebex's refund policy. If you have issues with a purchase, contact us and we will work with you to resolve it.
• Purchased items are delivered to the Minecraft account specified at checkout. Ensure your username is correct — we are not responsible for items delivered to incorrect accounts due to user error.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Exploit bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in any MasuCraft service.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, other users' accounts, or data.
• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with our services in an abusive manner.
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users.
• Interfere with or disrupt the normal operation of our services.

7. Intellectual Property

• All MasuCraft content, including the MasuCompanion extension, VHArmory website, and associated code, assets, and designs, is the property of MasuCraft.
• MasuCraft is not affiliated with Mojang Studios, Microsoft, Twitch, Iskallia, or the Vault Hunters team.
• Minecraft is a trademark of Mojang Studios. Vault Hunters is a modpack by Team Iskallia. All respective trademarks belong to their owners.

8. Termination & Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to any MasuCraft service at our discretion, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the service. Upon termination, your right to use our services ceases immediately. Virtual items and currency associated with terminated accounts may be forfeited.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. We are not responsible for any loss of virtual items, data, or progress.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MasuCraft and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be indicated by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
